About You

You DO NOT need experience in the health care field to apply – nor is it preferable or advantageous in this process. We are simply looking for someone who has been part of a fast-growing service-based business, recruited a team, helped establish a culture, and improved operational efficiency. That could be for a chain of coffee shops, a national franchise, estate agents, a gym, or any other service-based business.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has previously worked in a service-based business and was responsible for recruiting, managing people, and increasing operational efficiency & developing/implementing processes.
  • They have a proven track record of success as an operations manager
  • They are fed up with working in a dead-end corporate job with limited to no upward mobility
  • They believe their skills are at a higher level than they are currently recognized or able to utilize.
  • They want to be part of a team that’s pushing itself to improve – where ideas are welcomed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who considers themselves a great operations manager and has been looking to be a part of an exciting company that is looking to drive real change in its industry. We’ve got our hearts set on multiple clinics and an eventual franchise system in which we can improve the lifestyles of our clients and our clinicians.

If you’re looking to work in a growing company that will continue to provide you with opportunities to learn and grow as a person and a manager, this is perfect for you.
